Easter...what's the big deal?

Easter has been celebrated in the Christian Church since the first century. However, these first Christians celebrated every Sunday. Their excitement about a risen Savior was through the roof. No other religion can boast such a claim. We know exactly where Mohammed is buried, as well as Budah, Confucious, and every other major religious figure. Jesus Christ is the only one for which there is no tomb, because He isn't in one. He surely has risen.

Sounds crazy?

I know it does. But no other name in human history has changed as many lives. The Truth is the Truth. I know, because He changed me....

Try to resist the urge to beat up anyone you see in an Easter bunny outfit.

First of all, as I sit here drinking my Dr. Pepper in a coffee house, I am amused by all the people so into their own little worlds that they never really take the time to make contact with anyone else. Such is the world we live in.

Get out of your shell. Make your life count. There is no better way to become affected than to try to affect others.
